Corporate Exploitation of the Jordan Valley

• Carmel-Agrexco - a 50% Israeli state owned company – profit from growing fresh produce on stolen Palestinian land and Exporting it to Europe and elsewhere (see below)
• Arava and Jordan River also profit from the Israeli stranglehold on agriculture in the valley
• Caterpillar hold contracts with the Israeli military for the sale oof construction and military equipment. This equipment is used to demolish Palestinian homes in the valley and maintain the system of trenches, checkpoints and roadblocks
• Mekorot – an Israeli state run company – builds wells on stolen Palestinian land. Palestinians, denied access to water in the valley, are forced to buy this water at inflated prices.
